The Challenge
Zanouchi Group needed a standalone platform to buy vehicles directly from private owners, kept separate from the ZG Prestige dealership brand so neither proposition diluted the other.
The valuation-to-payment journey had to be fast enough to compete with "we buy any car"-style services, which set the expectation for an instant online quote.
That same journey still had to feel premium enough for Porsche, Ferrari and Range Rover owners to trust a six-figure vehicle to it.
Sellers search by brand rather than by service, so a single generic "sell your car" page could never capture the intent the business was losing to competitors.

Separated the buying proposition from the dealership brand entirely, giving private sellers a destination built around them rather than a section of a retail site.
