    Pre-Launch Hardware Startup

    The Challenge

    1

Alarmion was introducing a genuinely new product category — a device that does not replace your alarm but listens to it — with no existing mental model for visitors to map it onto.

    2

Visitors had to understand that unfamiliar concept fast enough to pre-order, which left no room for a slow explanatory build-up.

    3

The product was pre-launch hardware with no brand recognition, so credibility had to be built on the page itself through UL-listed monitoring and state-by-state licensing.

    4

Professional monitoring was not yet live everywhere, so the site had to convert visitors in covered states without losing the ones outside them.

    Our Approach

    1

Structured the entire site as a single linear story — the device, the alarm, the response, the protection — so the concept lands before any ask is made.

    2

Opened with the physical device and its pre-sale price, making an abstract monitoring service tangible from the first screen.

    3

Compressed the mechanics into three steps, framing installation as something that takes under three minutes rather than a job for an installer.

    4

Treated licensing and coverage as a conversion asset rather than a disclaimer, turning gaps in coverage into a demand-capture mechanism.

    The Solution

A linear narrative walking visitors from "plug it in" through how the ALD hears the siren and how trained operators respond, to what that protection actually means.

A three-step how-it-works section — It Listens, Connect and Pick a Plan, Your Alarm Is Now Monitored — built to make the install feel trivial.

A two-plan pricing table drawing the single distinguishing line between the tiers: on one plan you call the police, on the other Alarmion does.

Credibility signals placed directly after the mechanics — UL Listed, Licensed & Insured, and 24/7 Response — to support a product with no track record yet.

A live state-by-state coverage list backed by a waitlist flow, so visitors in unlaunched regions register demand instead of leaving.
